The rates were unexpectedly reduced upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows provided a good night's sleep.
Felt very homey, with nothing to complain about.

The night manager was really nice and tried to fix the problems for us.
The door was sticky. The ceiling leaked and the phone didn't work. Someone else's underwear was still in the bathroom. We had booked a double room online,but got a king instead. The day manager said they didn't Have the reservation as a double even though I had a printout of the booking she argued that they didn't show a double room. That should have been a sign that we should just should have left right then!

Good value for people on a budget.
Walls very thin, could hear conservation from next door very clearly. Would have appreciated a coffee pot in the room or at least in the lobby.

The room was large.
The lighting in the rooms is depressing, and the breakfast in a tiny dark room is terrible.

The Room was very dirty. dirt on the carpet, handprints all over the Tv cabinet. Have stayed as this particular ABV before and was satisfied then. We were in a different room this time and did not like it nearly as well.
